Hazel Anderson-Turner

Hazel is a Business Psychologist and qualified coach, with certification in the use of EQi 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence tools. She is a specialist in resilience, leadership development and team performance. Her approach is solutions-focused, working in partnership with clients to define the desired future, explore the root causes of their challenges and facilitate sustainable and meaningful change. She combines healthy challenge with a sense of fun and inquisitiveness, delivering tailored and creative interventions using psychological theory and evidence-based practice.

She has 12 years experience in Organisational Development; leading teams, developing strategic initiatives and delivering to businesses. Prior to becoming an associate of Liz Margree Limited, she was Head of Workforce Development for Hampshire Constabulary, Fire & Rescue and County Council where she developed a new groundbreaking cross-public sector service.

She also lectures at the Psychology of Work at Winchester University, delivers Emotional Resilience training to organisations across the public and private sector and is an accredited Insights practitioner.

Simon Parker BSc. ACC

Simon is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with several years’ experience working with high potentials and talent at all levels in organisations on leadership development, personal effectiveness and career progression.

His coaching practice sits within a broader suite of skills as a learning and development specialist where he brings passion and expertise in crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences. This passion is rooted in his belief that helping others to better recognise their talents and capabilities and to take control of their future leads to greater performance and fulfilment in business and life.

His work with individuals and teams is grounded in 20 years of cross functional working in blue chip organisations across supply chain, purchasing, account management, shopper marketing, employee engagement and ultimately in learning and development.

His last in-house role, before being an associate of Liz Margree Limited, was head of leadership and management development where he was responsible for delivering the learning and development strategy including all aspects of needs analysis, training design and delivery.

Simon is an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner with extensive experience of using the model. He is also Hogan (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) certified.

Dr Louisa Ashley

BA (Hons), PG Dip Law, PG Dip Legal Practice (distinction), PGCHE, SFHEA, ILM Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring, LLM International Law (distinction), PhD (no corrections), Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising)

Louisa is an associate of Liz Margree & Associates Limited. After completing her first degree, BA (Hons) English Literature and Theatre Studies, at the University of Leeds, Louisa founded Unlimited Theatre with five other exceptional performers, writers and directors, including Liz Margree. Following almost a decade writing, performing and touring internationally with Unlimited Theatre, Louisa embarked upon a legal career, qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. Louisa left legal practice to join Leeds Beckett University’s Law School where she has since been leading courses and colleagues and designing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and corporate learning experiences.  During this time, Louisa has become a qualified coach, completed a Masters in International Law (LLM with distinction) and a PhD in international human rights.

The combination of her expertise as a writer, performer and lawyer positions her uniquely with regard to helping clients communicate to stakeholders. She is able to take complex and often data heavy issues and craft them into compelling messages for audiences. She continues to perform her poetry at festivals in the UK and works regularly with clients helping them to develop gravitas and impact with audiences.

Sarah Whittuck – BA

Sarah is a Voice Coach working within Business and The Performing Arts. She works in the private and public sectors and uses her wide range of experience to tailor her coaching to the individual client.

She has worked in theatre and television for the last 25 years, and also has 15 years’ experience of business acting, facilitation, coaching and training, both one-to-one and for teams.

Sarah uses vocal exercises to bring to life the technical components of voice production and access the individual’s best use of voice, to create and sustain congruence, authenticity and therefore optimum impact. This work is relevant in any setting; she also teaches singing.

Based in Hertfordshire with her Husband and two sons, Sarah plays saxophone in a Cuban band and volunteers as an actor for “Scene And Heard”; a charity running children’s mentoring programmes using Theatre.
