Liz Margree
Coaching Psychologist, Business Psychologist, Executive Coach
Liz is founder and Director of Liz Margree & Associates Limited. She is a qualified Business Psychologist and executive coach, specialising in the design and delivery of leadership development and personal impact programmes.
She works as a facilitator of high performance with senior leadership teams; is a regular conference speaker and provides one-to-one executive coaching. In particular, her focus is in relational leadership, helping individuals to explore how to manage their mindsets under pressure and build resilience, develop critical and strategic thinking skills, empower their teams and build the scope and influence of their networks.
Liz also provides presentation coaching for leaders and senior managers, unpacking how to communicate with gravitas, build rapport with an audience and present with authority.
This work takes her across sectors – commercial, public and cultural and is unique in its approach, using models, methodologies and principles from psychology and leadership to enable people to make and sustain positive behavioural changes.
Originally a theatre maker (performer and writer) Liz was a founding partner of Unlimited Theatre (1996) and has toured in various roles, nationally and internationally with their plays. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and two sons.

Simon Parker
Lead Associate

Simon is lead associate of Liz Margree & Associates Limited. He is a certified coach with several years’ experience working with high potentials and talent at all levels in organisations on leadership development, team dynamics, personal effectiveness and career progression.
His coaching practice sits within a broader suite of skills as a talent development specialist where he brings passion and expertise in crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences. This passion is rooted in his belief that enabling others to better recognise their talents and capabilities and to take control of their future leaders to greater performance and fulfilment.
Simon provides one-to-one coaching, leadership development programmes, team effectiveness interventions, and personal effectiveness training. His work with individuals and teams is grounded in 20 years of cross functional working in blue chip organisations across supply chain, purchasing, account management, shopper marketing and talent development.
Simon works across sectors utilising the breadth of experience gained from his commercial background to enable positive behavioural change. He is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and accredited in INSIGHTS, Hogan and Genos Workplace EI.
Hazel Anderson-Turner

Hazel is a Business Psychologist and qualified executive coach (ICF Professional Certified Coach). She is a specialist in resilient leadership, with a focus on psychological flexibility. Her approach is solutions-focused, working in partnership with clients to define the desired future, explore the root causes of their challenges and facilitate sustainable and meaningful change. She combines healthy challenge with a sense of fun and inquisitiveness, delivering tailored and creative interventions using psychological theory and evidence-based practice.
She has 15 years experience in Organisational Development; leading teams, developing strategic initiatives and delivering to businesses. Prior to joining Liz Margree & Associates Limited, she was Head of Workforce Development for Hampshire Constabulary, Fire & Rescue and County Council where she developed a new groundbreaking cross-public sector service.
Hazel excels in taking evidence-based psychological theory and making it relevant and applicable to organisations. She also delivers resilience and burnout prevention support to organisations across the public and private sector, is an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner, and is trained in the EQi Psychometric. She is accredited in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a powerful psychological tool to help individuals make positive, sustainable changes to how they choose to live their lives.

Dr Gilly Shapiro

Gilly is an executive coach, leadership and organisational development consultant with over twenty-five years experience working with a range of UK and global clients. Gilly specialise in work on inclusion and diversity, helping leaders to explore how to harness the diversity of their teams, lead strategic decision making and influence those who are thinking differently! As a practitioner in Gestalt and Systems Dynamics, she is especially well placed to support leadership teams operating in complexity, transformation, with multiple and matrixed stakeholders. Her style is informal, positive, practical, compassionate and energising, mainly drawing on Gestalt as well as a range of other approaches to coaching to help re-energise and stimulate personal and professional growth. She is skilled at helping clients get to the root cause of critical issues, gain clarity on their strengths and practical ways to move forward in order to achieve impact, improvement and career fulfilment.
She regularly works with complex organisational change, developing interpersonal and team relationships that achieve improved performance, and building greater employee engagement, diversity and inclusion. Her coaching and consulting clients come from across private, public and NGO/Third sectors, national and internationally. Gilly is a Board Trustee with Scott Bader Commonwealth and a faculty member on the International Gestalt Leadership Programme (iGOLD).
